Door theorie te koppelen aan echte praktijkvoorbeelden, leer je niet alleen van docenten, maar ook van collega’s uit andere overheidsorganisaties. Die uitwisseling is goud waard. Je krijgt scherp inzicht in hoe andere organisaties omgaan met maatschappelijke opgaven, en hoe je die kennis vertaalt naar je eigen praktijk. En het blijft niet bij praten: je gaat zelf aan de slag, bijvoorbeeld met procesmining. Dat maakt de impact van data meteen voelbaar.

Mijn doel was om mijn algemene kennis over AI, datagovernance en de ethische kant van datagebruik in een overheidscontext te verdiepen. Dat is gelukt, en daarnaast heb ik een waardevol netwerk opgebouwd met mensen uit verschillende organisaties die dagelijks aan vergelijkbare vraagstukken werken. De bijeenkomsten waren prettig opgezet, werden geleid door vakexperts en boden veel ruimte voor interactie. Echt een aanrader!
